Description:Shared helpdesk support by level2 administrators. Minimum 2 years of experience in providing web hosting support. Familiar with control panels and all OS listed below. (30 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions)
Costing:
8hrs a day 6 days a week: $225 per month (max 300 tickets)
16 hrs a day 6 days a week: $375 per month (max 450 tickets)
True 24x7 helpdesk support:$500 per month (max 700 tickets)


B) Dedicated Helpdesk + live chat support:
Dedicated help desk/ E-mail support is available for 8hrs, 16hrs and 24hrs a day.

Support Includes unlimited help desk support with 30 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring.
Description:: Shared 24x7 support by level3 administrators. Computer engineer+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 3 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with control panels and all OS listed below. 30 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions.
Costing:$999 per team per month

D) True 24x7 Full support (Dedicated):
Dedicated support Includes unlimited help desk support with 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring.
Description:: Dedicated 24x7 support by level3 administrators. Computer engineer+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 3 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with control panels and all OS listed below. 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions. If problem is complex or time consuming then fallow up mail every hr. until problem is resolved. Total 4 administrators in one team. 4th admin would be back admin that
