Has anybody got the phpsupportdesk email to desk feature actually to work? I have tried every possible option to get that to work. I am in the plesk environment on redhat.

I made a .qmail-support file in

the /usr/local/psa/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/

Within that file i put:

|/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/domain.com/htttpdocs/supportdesk/new.php


Then restarted plesk and it never works. The emails sent to the email address just sit in the queue and ultimately in the mess folders like they are undeliverable...

Doesn't PLESK come with PHP installed as an Apache module? If so, you can not run it from the command line (correct me if I'm wrong).

You actually can...they are compiled separately. Do:

whereis php

you should see /usr/bin/php
