I couldnt find any details on your site about who provides you network infrastucture, no information about your providers?

contact information indicates they're in thialand, but their website is hosted off rackshack.... also, whats with the spelling errors on the website, and why isn't there a visible terms of service (surely unmetered must have some kind of terms)?

it's depend on where our customer or target market are located
we have 2 website host by US company and UK company. for faster load the website and we don't want to sacrifice the whole server for only 1 website that used only 500 MB per month

server will be located in ISP building the company who provided their network are AT&T and Teleglobe from USA and AUS

actually we're only group of 8 people who interested in this business (5 of us are staff who come from hosting company in Thailand) we are not the big company that open 800 server per month we have only 3-8 customer per month so we don't want to write a long long long long TOS that try to limit, trick and take advantage with costomer. because if something happen with server, you can talk and negotiate with us. before you sing up you will see agreements page because the language that we used is not like TOS so we change it to agreement.
and about un-meter, we really have a contract with ISP to give unlimited bandwidth to all server that open from us so don't worry about this. but it's also depend on the power of the server that handle your work.
you can ping this domain for testing the speed (it's slower when you ping from USA but if your customer is in asia country, it will be faster)
