In WHM I deleted a acount, but kept DNS zone.
Now I wanted to add the account again and get this message.
Sorry, a DNS entry for xxx.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)
What can I do to still be able to creat the new account with the same domain name?

Check to see if there is a DNS zone existing for that domain. You can look under "Delete a DNS zone". If there is one, delete it.

Thank you,
I looked in
Main >> DNS Functions >> Delete a DNS Zone
but I get
Access Denied, you don't seem to own xxx.com
Is there a way I can do it manually?

Hello,
Seems that you have only a reseller account, and that domain wasn't created under your account, ask your host to delete the DNS entry for you,
All the best
