I tacked this on as an edit to a previous post, but since it wasn't in the subject I wonder how many actually read it.

I purchased RaQMods.com a while back and started development on it. My aim was to develop a site that would index the various modifications that can be done to a RaQ as well as sell RaQ related software, have a message board, etc.

With my recent acquisition of PHPCoding.com however, I don't think I'll have time to develop RaQMods, and may be willing to sell it to someone who wants to take over.
