Price? Services? Support?
As already mentioned, both of these companies have been discussed in the past. They also have representatives who read posts related to their respective companies....

I suggest you go with hostcharge, support is great and you get the option of a virtual terminal.

There may be threads on this forum flaming them, but that is only bad customers that had a few minor problems and had to tell the world, Im sure that if you email Hostcharge you will be satisfied

I use 2checkout.com and don't love it but haven't really had many problems. Though I know hostcharge is a great company and you can not beat there customer support. So i recommend hostcharge.com over 2checkout.com
