Asia is not a country...and Third World is an offensive term.

A third world country usually denotes one which was created after World War 2 when many countries gave independence to their colonies. The colonies had no way to run their own governments, due to the abrupt "freedom," which is why they ended up poor.

"Asia" and India are definitely not third world.

"Countries where English is not the primary language" might be more appropriate.
