Hi, i am planning to purchase a server from rackshack. As i am not an expert with servers, i want someone to manage it for me. I wouldn't ask much from you, only to initially get the server up and running and modify any scripts.

You may want to look for someone that you can pay by the job. Most sys admins don't need hosting as they probably already have it or have their own server(s).
