I am willing to purchase 4 banners at 10 dollars each - must be able to accept a paypal payment!

You can get banners pretty decent. But, not for $10 when it is going to be increasing your business and you will make alot more.

What sizes are you looking for?

If you just want simple buttons $10 is fine, but the larger the banner the more people are going to want.
