I am planning to change my present host because of Arabic support failure and I am looking for these requirements:

Platform: Win/Linux (being able to host both)
Storage: 3-5 Gig
Bandwidth: 30-50 Gig
Control Panel: H-Sphere or any other good one that works for both platforms.
Accounts: like unlimited but accepts 20 and more
Other: Should be unlimited.

Although i doubt you will find "unlimited" accounts as they cost the provider at least $3-4 a piece.

As well Arabic support should be pretty straight forward for any serious host.
