I need this specs:

windows server
20 domains to start with (unlimited is better)
same for ftp accounts

transfer: at least 10GB, preferred more
space: at least 500MB as a start

Databases: Access, MySql,Ms-Sql (option)

control panel - one for administrator with all the options, and many to each client, with limitations set by me - and must be customizeable by design.

email: all emails (aliases,mailboxes etc) unlimited

asp components: AspUpload 3.0, email (jmail/AspEmail), and some good image resize/edit components. advantage: option to install components.

SSI support

good support for the administrator.

If you are looking for Window and unlimited FTP, then you are limited to the control panels that are available.

I.E. No sub-ftp on Hsphere, whereas this is an option with any Helm provider. Good Luck in the "Hunt"

As stated above, the requirements factor out some of the major Control Panels.. however, other options are out there. You should probably post your price range to get some relevant feedback.

I know some folks are a little more flexible than others and can help figure out the best way to facilitate special needs in the right circumstances.
