All, (Long time reader, First time poster)

I am looking for a reseller that can support Windows and Linux plans. I was looking at SwiftyHost and wanted to see what comments others had.

Any experiences with uptime with them?
There forums and helpdesk haven't work since I've been checking on them. How has their support been?

Support (terrible) is a big issue with my current provider so any comments about this is appreciated.

Haven't had any experiences with them, but the website looks clean and professional. The plans are priced just right to be believable. But I noticed they have no phone number, forum is not yet operational and neither is the help desk. Plus, a couple of other pages are under construction. The order form looks like a regular email submit form on a secure server. I wouldn't risk it.
