If you were willing to provide a sample of your current database then we could look into making an importer for you. Generally importing from another SQL program is quite easy.

There really isnt a reason, the support has been great, i was wondering if it were possible.

It's not impossible. I'm sure if you payed a little for it, you would get a lot of offers here. But about there existing one already, well, noone can answer you unless you say what helpedesk you want to convert it to.

I just wanted to see flexibility
