I'm looking for someone to write a custom script/CMS

Should support at least the following:

-common file types for video and images

-ffmpeg for the automatic creation of thumbnails for upload videos and/or allow the admin to upload an image along with the video

-upload page should have atleat the following fields: title, description, author/submitter,

-support mod_rewrite for search engine friendly URLS

-rating system for content

-comment system for content

-multiple admins with different access levels

-easy to modify the look of the frontend (site)

-allow user submissions for images/video/text
-should be able to limit file size, items per day
-each submission should have to be approved by appropriate admin

-send to friend system

-IM to friend system

-1-2 levels of categories, i.e. videos > funny

-XML feed
