i don't think you can upgrade a raq4 much farther.

the AMDs went to 550 i believe, then they switch to slot / socket again.

has anyone every tried a 500 or 550 in a raq4? that would be interesting...

I didn't tried it ....
but increasing CPU power by 50MHz won't do that much i guess :(
