hello wht members , please I need your help in order to solve my problem .
I Have an account at godaddy , and yesterday when I was trying to login , godaddy
keeps telling me that there's no account with these informations ,
so I decided to mail godaddy about my problem , and here's a copy of the e-mail .
I decided to submit it here along with my post to clear my problem to everyone .

Godaddy support , I would like to inform you that my account was hacked today , and
I'm waiting since 3 hours for help , but I still can't get it !!!
It all started when
I was checking my e-mail : *************@hotmail.com and was shocked when
I saw several e-mails coming from Godaddy telling me to confirm cancellations !!!
what cancellations ??? I didn't cancel anything , I registered my 2 domains :
netvision-lb.com and fadi-khoury.com and had an online folder also .
The e-mails told me to confirm the cancellation of each of the three services listed above !!!
what ??? If you revize your clients subscription history, you can see that I actually
became a godaddy customer on saturday 8 of october 2005 ! why would I cancel my services
??????????
Okay , then I decided to login to my account at godaddy , and after entering my login customer
number and my login password , a new page opens telling me that there's no
account with these informations , please try again !!! I tried million of times
to relogin again , but the same problem all the time !!! At This Point , I believed
that my account was hacked . Then I checked whois.sc for my : netvision-lb.com
and fadi-khoury.com domains !!!!!! and look what I get :

Please call 480-624-2500 and let GoDaddy know that their external whois
server is down and returning the following output for this domain.

Then I decided to enter account retrieval page , and I tried all the three tools ,
and none could help me , all I get is :
Validation Error !
Invalid Product Combination .

I'm entering everything correct , why would godaddy put to me that message
^^^ ???????????????

Then I decided to click on : If you need to move your domain to a new account , click here .

I completed all required fields by entering my two domains : netvision-lb.com
and fadi-khoury.com
and all other infos ! and hit continue . !!!!????!!!! then I get this message :
netvision-lb.com and fadi-khoury.com are not active godaddy domains !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I decided to mail godaddy about my problem , I filled the Report Spam page
and included copies of the cancel confirmation mails that I got !!!?? !!! and submit it .
and then , I decided to mail godaddy through e-mail support system , and
chosen domain registration and filled the form with the same problem ......
and then , I mailed abuse@godaddy.com with my problem.....

All these e-mails were sent to Godaddy , and till now No Reply to anyone of Them
!!!!!!!!!!!!! Until recently Godaddy sent me an e-mail :

I didn't phone godaddy cause I live in Lebanon (middle east ) , and phone
calls are expensive , and as they mentioned on their site , phone waiting will
be for about 15 minutes ! Sorry but I can't afford 15 minutes just for waiting !

I just want to know if I've been hacked , spammed or what ?
How can someone manage to steel and enter my account and cancel my services ?
My login name and password are hard to guess !!! :confused:

What can Godaddy Do about my problem ???
Can they still solve it or what ???
and by the way , while writing this post I checked whois.sc and entered my 2 domains ,
and I was amazed to see that my domains are parked at wild west domains !
I know it's a division of godaddy , but couldn't this indicates that
a transfer or something took place ????

Anyone experienced the same problem ??
If yes , plz tell me what did you do about it ???

Most likely Godaddy is suspicious & suspects fraud about orders from Lebanon. How did you pay? With a Lebanese credit card or a credit card from another country?

I payed with a prepaid internet card issued by a local bank at my country Lebanon .
It is named : PIC . it's a mastercard available in different amounts 60 $ and 112 $ .
Do you think godaddy canceled my account because I payed with this card ?
And by the way , I just received an e-mail from Godaddy telling me to send a photocopy
of my government issued id in order to activate my account ( Fraud security reasons ).
I just wonder why godaddy is requesting this photocopy after the activation of my account ,
shouldn't it be done first , before activation ?
Anyway , I will send them the photocopy now .

Finally , after I sent the photocopy of my government issued id ,
godaddy contact me via mail telling me that my account is reset !
The whole story was for fraud security reasons !!!
And I thought that I've been hacked or something ! Thanks god !
Anyway , I'm managing to enter my account now ,
and hope this problem won't occur again !

I can understand Godaddys position. There is a fair amount of fraud online, better being safe than sorry.
