Hey all,
I've just been doing abit of research and have found an Enom power reseller who is selling .C.N.O domains for $4... I know there are a lot of criminals roaming around, but from your experience, is it possible to find domains this cheap or could this be something illegitimate?
Let me know what you all think :)

Sure it's possible. But you can bet there'll be strings attached.

OK, is it something that should be avoided? How much do people pay on here for their CNO domains?

Sure. $0.00 domain registrations are also possible. But, as Dave said - you may be wise to read their TOS very very carefully. Are there any strings (there always are) and how tight are they ?
Do they let you control your own domain using the full suite of eNom tools? Is the domain regged with YOUR name as the registrant? Any hosting requirements built-in?
How much is renewal after the initial reg term, and is it obligatory to stay with them for X years?
$4.00 isn't necessarily that cheap - it depends on what you're getting yourself into ! ;)

It is possible. Usually they will be using it as a sales pitch for you to use their other services.

domains (C.N.O.) under $6.25 are without any profit

believe me anything below 6.5 is a loss
no bandwidth to host ur servers?
no staff?
no office rent?
no yearly accreditation fee ?
no ...
...
tons of stuff to be considered, without selling other stuff its total loss to sell in the $6 range
