I have been looking at offering free web based e-mail for my users...

Gossamer Mail www.gossamer-threads.com
@mail www.webbasedemail.com
WebUMake Mail www.webumakemail.com
VisualMail www.mintersoft.com

There are many scripts available and I was hoping to get some info from you all. If you have any experinces with these scripts please let me know!!!
They all basically offer the same services, but I need to know who offers the most reliable solution.

Seems like you have no problems paying for the licences?

Anyway, I would recommend IMP from Horde (http://www.horde.org/). I've used it for five years at University and it still is good, especially the lastest version.

If your hosted on a Cpanel sever, each account comes standard with NeoMail and Ubiemaue (sp?)

I think you have missunderstood my intentions...
I want to offer a service like Hotmail. The scripts I mentioned do this while the ones you mentioned only act as mail readers of POP/IMAP accounts
