Customer support candidates must have experience with talking to customers on the phone, answering emails from customers with minimal grammar or spelling errors and be motivated to find the best solution based on company policy. More importantly always ensure the customer's satisfaction.


Requirements:
- Unix/Linux knowledge
- Microsoft Windows Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration
- Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to work and contribute to a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi task and work independently
- Provides systems support for Linux operating systems and hardware
-Troubleshooting OS and hardware problems for local and remote servers
