firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section
but i was wondering if you guys could suggest some other content management systems like php nuke?
i need to set up a website for a non-political charity so they need something where they can post messages themselves in a fairly easy manner.
also, the layout of the site needs to be reasonably flexible (i.e a couple of different themes etc.)
thanks in advance

I personally love phpnuke, but postnuke would be really the only other alternative.

I downloaded it yesterday and got it working right away. I was just going to post articles with downloads and this is the perfect thing for it :)

About three months ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Geeklog (http://geeklog.sourceforge.net/). It's nice, clean and a lot more security-focused than its Nuke cousins.

http://cafelog.com/, home of b2.
I've been using b2 for a long time now, and consider it to be bar none the best php/mySQL content management system around.

Great addon script to vBulletin and a large user base.

I like phpWebThings (http://phpdbform.com). I've set it up for a new site of mine. Installation is a snap, it's easy to use, has most features, and is modular for easy additions. There are a few addons already and it seems pretty easy to make your own display theme.
