I get a DNS error for my site - http://www.itfconline.net

and If I try to access the control panel I get :

Looks fine from here. It says:

ITFC Online will be returning soon, please wait while we continue to negotiate with Ipswich Town Football Club concerning acceptable Operating Terms of ITFC Online.

How long was it down for? Seems a little silly to post to a forum just because you go offline for a bit. These things do happen after all. From the thread so far it looks like they were on top of it and got things corrected in a decent amount of time.

Hi Everyone

For the past few days, it has been a nightmare for us. Basically, there was a major network problem where our hsphere servers were located. We were always told that the network was going to be up soon. But it went down for 24 hours and we see no progress. We decided to switch all boxes onto another network carrier (Savvis). It was not a simple task, we had to reconfigure those boxes. After migration was completed, there appears to be some minor problems that need to be retuned. We can only fix it as they come up. This has been causing a brief outage for previous 2 days. At this stage, we are pretty certain that there is no more problem other than dns not fully propagated in certain part of the world. We thank for everyones understanding.

Hope this won't happen to me. Even so, I still highly recommend E-Commerce Discovery hosting.

Josh is a quickest response man I've ever known...

I agree, even though the servers were down, Josh was quick to respond and he kept us informed with updates through email pretty often.

Sometimes the reaction to the situation is more important than the situation itself.

Better than hosts who have problems yet don't deal with them in the right manner.

It seems that your freedom & phonix server is down.

Cannot access your site:
