I would like to know if offshore hosting is good selling product. I think that a lot of companies are interested in keeping thier data in a place where privacy is the most important thing.

I saw some reselling programs in panama and they are a little bit more expansive than USA but I think I can ask more because I give more privacy.

Panama isn't more private then the US really when it comes to web hosting.

I am not an expert of international laws, but if you live in USA or in my country, Italy, the government can access your data with a good motivation. If you have your server in Panama or Gibraltar, it is a different thing. In those "offshore" countries they allow to violate privacy only for very important criminal investigation. It is not as simple as in Italy to take a server down a control everything.

Second, some companies prefer to use offshore companies for thier ecommerce businesses. They can save a fortune in taxes. If you are a non resident company you don't have to pay taxes in that country and that country doesn't have double taxation program with other countries. So they don't pay taxes!

- Company set up
- Bank account set up
- Website design and hosting
- Merchant services
- Website support and maintenance
