fishface,

not sure, but I have received the same 'brush off' after spending over $500 on licenses for this system. NOT HAPPY.

Dave , presume you bought the licences for plesk system- did you get them working okay ?

I was impressed at the way it integrated, and was going to the site to buy licences, but may have second thoughts now especially as ihelp.cwdhost.com doesn't seem to exist anymore. Shame cos it seemed a good system, however its disappointing the way they have ignored customers considering the "plugging" that they did on this board and the plesk board

iHelp is a really nice helpdesk. One good feature is that it can be implented into plesk and hopefully it will be implented into cpanel soon. I talked to Ray a few times on AIM and on the phone and he is a really cool guy:). So give it a shot!!!

My advice is the opposite. Ray made many promises to us which have never been met. We have a half working system and have not heard from Ray in months.

The site is still there just a different address :

http://ihelpsupportdesk.com

However I may try to find an alternative as well if there is a lack of support for this. Maybe Ray is on vacation or God forbid something may have happened where he is not able to respond so I will wait a little longer before totally making my mind up.

I will call Ray up and let him know. I'm sure he will help you out. I know they had some trouble with there machines lately. So, That may be the reason.

Hello everyone,

There is no brush off going on about the iHelp system it is still
active and still in development. This project is worked on along
with other projects we have working at the time. Programming
projects we have accepted over the last few months.

Our ihelp email is checked every 5 minutes and emails are responded
to once they are received within a few hours. Also we check the Support Forum
quite often for support requests that may be posted there.

Also you can call toll free at: 1-877-928-9927

The above number has been posted on the new site since it has
opened. I have not received any calls with complaints on that
number. If no-one answers there is an option to leave a message
and we will return the call.

If you have sent in an email and it has not been answered then
I apologize for this as are intention is not to give the impression
we are brushing people off.

Ray made many promises to us which have never been met. We have a half working system and have not heard from Ray in months.

Dave,
I added features for you daily on the system you got from us. Changed
your license FREE of charge and also helped with setting the system
up for you on multiple servers when you wanted to move the system.

Which part of the system is half working? The system works
I am assuming you are referring to the additional features
you requested? Just because we DO NOT add a feature does
not mean a system is half working. Downloading, installing
and running the demos can show the system works.

I even did some PHP programming for you FREE of charge
to help you get your customers on your billing system.

If I remember correctly you have not sent in any support emails or
requests by emails and have not posted on the support forum.
There was at one time a licensed copy of iHelp running on a server
of yours which was not a bought license and we talked a bit about it
either being removed or purchased and it never went either way.

I know you receive negative feedback when something is wrong
but what about the positive things that are done for you when
things are going great?

I am not complaining about the other license and am not mentioning it
to in anyway make up for you feeling like you got the 'brush off'
if you have sent emails let me know when and I will research them.
My aplogies again for making you feel like you got brushed off.

On that note we cannot answer any quesstions or support issues if we
DO NOT receive emails or they are not posted on our forums. Yes
we use ICQ but may not be on it very often so the best method
if you are not getting myself on ICQ would be to send in the emails
or post on the forums.

The URL ihelp.cwdhost.com was left up for a little over a month with
a notice about the new URL we had purchased: www.ihelpsupportdesk.com

Again I aplogies for any problems and any misunderstandings that
have been set by myself. I don't believe in excuses so I am not here
to give any just give the facts and my apologies is about all I can do.

To get in touch with me my email addresses are listed below:

ray@ihelpsupportdesk.com
ray@cwdhost.com
ray@cwd-solutions.com

If you send email you will get a response from myself within a few hours.

Thank You,
Ray

Ray,

I apologise for my stupid outburst. 3 days on no sleep will do that to a person.

Yes you helped us out immensely, and I have posted my public support for your product in other forums you also frequent.

I guess we just got to a point where the development seemed to grind to a halt, and now we have a system in place which (while working) does not adequetly fulfil our needs (as outlined to you in a 17 point email some months ago).

It was foolish of me to post what I did above, and for that I apologise.
