I was just wondering, that in order to sell a template here on WHT... what all has to be on it?

I mean, does the whole site have to be functional? (Such as username/login, purchasing, etc.?)...
--OR, can you just have a layout/template made (w/ all the .psd files and such)... in which people would code their own stuff into?

I hope that made some sense... because I can really do good at designing website templates/layouts... but when it comes to coding all of the purchasing methods, username/password stuff... that's not really my cup of tea.

So, I'd appreciate some feedback here...
--thanks in advance.

I think you will find that mostly its design and if there is code included then people will say.
For example im realy good at coding but can't design for anything lol.

So to answer your question templates are just design!

Of course, you just charge more if it includes the code, but generally people just sell the basic template with the .jpg psd etc ;)

Alright, sweet... that's good to hear. Seeing how I am great with design, and good with html coding... I can put together a lot of great templates!

This will be a great way to earn some extra cash in my free time between school and work :)

Thanks for the responses you two.
