What does the commit matter as long as they are Gige ports. Which I know they are.

The support overview page is at https://interserver.net/nav.php?support_overview. Most support is included at no additional charge.

You can choose to have the servers capped at 20 mbps so there are no overage changes, or keep the default which is burstable.

Cpanel is an additional $15 / mo.

We do not publically release our commit levels. jayglate is correct however: all our connections are gigabit connections which are kept at a max of 70% utilization.

I noticed that the website has SCSI offer, can I have that instead of 2x120GB?

2x120 GB drives can be replaced with 1x73 GB scsi drive at the same price. This may delay set up by 1 day.

To order the 1 73 GB scsi drive place that in the comments section of the order form. Servers with 2x120 GB drives can be replaced with 1 73 GB scsi for the same price.

Apache or ping (your choice) is monitored every 5 minutes at no additional charge.

These specials are set up on 100 mbps full duplex ports. You can request this be capped at 20 mbps so there are no overage charges. If you choose the keep it at 100 mbps then you are billed based on the 95th percentile.
