I want a shopping cart like Mal's E, one that is just a simple shopping cart, so I can completely make my own catalog. I'd like it to support Paypal and Authorize.Net as well.

Mal's E is absolutely perfect, except that I'd rather pay a one-time fee than a monthly fee, and I'm just wondering if there's anything else out there...
