I am not sure what needs to be done for this, but here is what I am thinking. I want it where on my server, I can have google adsense listings, on the top of every page, or either a banner ad, on all sites/pages on the sever. I need to know what has to be done, and how much it would cost.

You might want to look into "Server Side Includes" (SSI). It's a pretty simple task.

One more question...What about putting a frame at the top of the page, and then having the pages displayed in the bottom frame. Couldn't this be done by a little peice of code.

mod_layout is exactly what you would need, if you wanted to apply the changes without editing every page.
