-some changes made to the httpd.conf file
*.one of these changes is to setup cgi to work
in any folder, on any account. (in or outside cgi-bin).

I think that is about it. The server is Linux, redhat.
I am looking for a qoute on how much someone will
do the above for.

Please provide referals of any work you did in past
if you can also.
