PHPManager is a very different product than Ticketsmith. Ticketsmith is a trouble ticket system. PHPManager is an ordering, invoicing, payment system, although it does also have a ticket system.

I may be mistaken, but I dont think you can sell a license to it, maybe I am wrong,

I guess I assumed that he was selling the software itself. If you are just trying to sell a license and not a copy of the software itself then I wouldn't be interested. Just let me know.

It has a lot of function I don't need. It's a great product, for a great price, but it needs a lot of customizing , that's why I will use a custom made script for it.
