Hello,

I am a reseller at resellerzoom. There are two accounts muavang.net and eraovat.com have been suspended because overloading server. I lost two big customers! The admin at resellerzoom said that I must purchase a premium hosting reseller to run high traffic sites.

After that I found hostingpacket.com, providing VPS with the same price at resellerzoom: ~ 24 USD/month.

ResellerZoom | Hostingpacket

Reseller Hosting | VPS
S: 5000 MB | 5 GB
B: 75 GB | 100 GB

I hosted two sites on hostingpacket, have no problem and they run two fast.

I think resellerzoom should update their network!

I think resellerzoom should update their network!Apparently this has nothing to do with the network they're using, but with the fact that their lower priced plans come with lower server resources (CPU and memory) per unit of data transfer. You pay less you get less.

No wonder my site is loading faster today.

Sorry, but if you're clients are putting crappy scripts on the server, causing the entire server to go to a crawl..

Not to be disrespectful to you or them, but good ridence..

You know how much it kills me to have my sites load after almost 8 seconds of waiting, when my sites aren't resource intense at all?

Makes me wonder why I pay them money to have my server take that long to load..

Which is why they suspended those 2 accounts.

Because now, the server is running faster.

I think Premium Reseller at Resellerzoom can solve my problem. In any way, ResellerZoom staffs are very kind and their support is wonderful.

Regards, :) They are very very nice.

And I apologize if I offended you by my previous post. Wasn't my intention.

Though, sometimes, you have to sacrifice a couple clients to maintain server speed..

Because those 2 clients hurt alot more than just you, they hurt everyone on that server, and when there are alot of people other than you, putting their hard earned money on a server that they can barely use because those 2 accounts got it so slow..

It hurts, not just mentally, but financially..

:)

I do wish you best of luck, and I would definantly recommend upgrading the plan.. I looked at the HostingPacket plans, and personally, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

You may even want to look to spending a few extra bucks for ResellerZooms Managed Dedicated servers.. They're around $150-200 or something like that, but it will broaden your business, and still give you the perfect resellerzoom management :)
