I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest host, but what I need is:
UNIX host, 100mb+, mysql (2 db), php 4, anon ftp, autoresponders, aliases, pop3 boxes, cgi/perl, raw log access, procmail -- standard power user kind of stuff...

I can find all of this in many places anywhere from 15-45 dollars per month. What I CAN'T seem to find are these services with IMAP. I need IMAP if at all possible because I work from many machines and need access to email and archives from mailing lists in IMAP folders.

Barring that, some kind of webmail access with folders and procmail might work, but I like IMAP and would like to keep using it.
