Hello everyone, I need to setup a new mail client, I have been using webmail lately. I would just like to hear from some people what their favorite client is, and if you want to give some feedback on some of them

P.S. I need a client that can handle multiple email addresses properly, and I don't want all the email to come into one mailbox. I think just about every client can do this, and has filtering capabilities, but I do need that.

You can do a search on this forum for this topic as it has been discussed many times before. For the record, though, mine is the bat.

You got Windows? Outlook Express is not only free, but also good. Outlook Express number one Windows email client.

Actually, I did a search (as I usually do before posting questions)
and could not come up with anything... maybe I should have used email program instead of client or something... But yeah, I tried that, feel free to direct me to a thread that discusses this.

I like KMail, or even Mozilla Mail is sometimes good, depends on what you need.

After reading this thread (http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=11087) I switched to The Bat, which has been great. I especially like the way in handles multiple accounts -- even more than I did with Eudora, and that was one of my favorite points with that program.

You haven't used a real email client until you've tried The Bat! (http://www.ritlabs.com/the_bat/)

I've used netscape's email client, MS Outlook, Eudora.. None of them comes close to this email client. Totally worth a try.

was using outlook express, then i was looking to see if there was anything better - some people recommened pegasus and the bat! - so i tried both programs - now im back to outlook express

i don't remember what stopped me from using The bat! *shrug*
