Anyone else having trouble with the ecommercediscovery H-Sphere servers?
as I can't get into my site via FTP, HTTP or via the mail server, also the IP Address they provided me with for control panel access doesn't seem to work either.
it's now been down for 2-3 hours, and I haven't recieved anything through the paysystems mailing list (I don't know if they have sent anything out of not) because that the address I used is an @itfconline.net email address.
If they have sent a notification out by the paysystems.com mailing list could someone reproduce it on here please?
Just that this is the second major outage in a week, it was down between Wednesday & Friday, and it's just gone down again, and considering I had 100% Uptime from August until this week apart from a few mins here and there, it's very unlike ecommercediscovery.
All I got from their support was :
We are working on resolving the issue we will get to you as soon as the issue has been solved,
and that was a few hours ago........
That was not Josh, was someone else, but I've emailed Josh and am awaiting a reply.
Can Anyone else help with this matter?
