I am looking for a dedicated server with the following configurations...

Cpanel
Linux System
Celeron 2GHZ(or more)
1GB RAM(or more)
250GB Webspace (can be 2 Hardrives or more)
10mbps Unmetrered Bandwidth Not shared( 24/7 can pull max)
Managed meaning: Help with updates, security, 1 software installation and server setup.
My budgest 120$/month
My setup fee 150$

Please let me know if this is in ur price range...
