As everyone who has read my post knows I am such a newbie with Web hosting.
I wanted to publicly compliment cartikahosting for providing excellent support. They took the time to explain a lot of newbie questions about things in general. I'm sure that the 20 minutes they took with me will both improve my knowledge and my customer service. Though, I must admit, you are the most technical "newbie" I have ever met ! Granted, you are a little new to web hosting, and h-sphere in particular, but, you are far from a "newbie" :)
