Hello,
I've just opened a Paypal account (they started serving the country where I live not so long ago) and already faced some (rather big, for me) problems when trying to pay with it.
eNom refused to accept my account filling. They're blocking IPs from certain countries for their credit card billing, but I was surpised this is also valid for Paypal payments.
Now, while trying to order hosting from one company, I faced a situation when they refuse to setup my account untill they will get 'additional information' from paypal...
No, for God's sake, I am NOT complaining. Just curious: what are the most common dangers that sellers are facing accepting Paypal payments from verified accounts (I forgot to mention that my PP account is verified)?
Thanks for any replies.
