The 3500 bw transfer is that 1750out 1750in or 3500total(any combonation used) or 3500 outgoing with no limit incoming.
And what is the connection line? 100mbit 50mbit 20mbit 10mbit?

There is no combination just in+out equal to 3500 at the end of the month.

Yes you may use the server for whatever you want as long as it is within our Terms of Service.

We can offer Cpanel, although our rates are higher because we are not web hosting provider so we don't get bulk discounts.
100Mbps switch port means your server is connected off a 100 Mbps switched port not 10 Mbps not a hub. All traffic is dedicated to that one port.
