There was a timing miscommunication between us and Level 3 when we did the firmware upgrade Level 3 dampened our BGP route temporarily. AcuNett 04-14-2002, 11:35 AM I get very good pings from the US as well :), and their support seems very good. I've talked with them a lot through PM, and they are prompt and informative. My opnion is they care a lot about their customers :). ALS 04-14-2002, 03:11 PM I did see some downtime.....but it didn't last long at all. I still would like to buy a server from them..... they just gotta respond quicker.
