Is it just me, or is the webreseller.net network down?

Got a server from them two days ago..can't access it, and there page seems to be down..

Yep.. my box is down as well.. And yes there page is too.. Sounds like something major.. :/

I also was not having any problems at all.

I wasn't insane.. :)

We did a firmware upgrade on the router. There was a timing
miscommunication between us and Level 3 when we did the firmware upgrade
Level 3 dampened our BGP route temporarily.

Talking about webreseller how are they? I get good pings to their site from Australia.

I get very good pings from the US as well :), and their support seems very good. I've talked with them a lot through PM, and they are prompt and informative. My opnion is they care a lot about their customers :).

Sorry.. but I haven't received a response from them to a customer service email I sent on Saturday.... I asked in another thread if they were a 24/7 operation... guess not. I emailed cs@webreseller.net.

Prolly not..... I still would like to buy a server from them..... they just gotta respond quicker. I understand that I might have fallen through the cracks... but I am kinda anal about attention to detail.

just curious.
i have AMAZING speeds from a european cable line to anything yipes-related.

i'm certainly considering them for my next dedicated box and just waiting to hear back from robert about an email i sent him. i'm not impatient.

Has been clear sailing uptime wise since this small problem.....I'm happy so far. :)
