Try looking at the Offers section of WHT, and do your search of the host for reviews on WHT.

Also findmyhosting is a good place to check out packages.

Yeah, i do have a list of hopes/requirements but, i just wanted to know which forum it should be posted in first. I didn't want to balls up asking in the wrong place of the forum after only just joining hehehe.

if you want find a host

1) look in Web Hosting Offers forum any offer fit yourbudget .
2) do some research on host you find.
3) shot a email to Helpdesk.
4) if you like it, sinup.

The hosting requests section of WHT has been removed a long time ago, but you can use http://www.webhostingtalk.com/request.php to get quotes from hosts.
