Hello everyone,

My soon-to-launch web design company is looking for a qualified graphic/web designer.

This person is required be/have:

- Excellent communication/writing skills (English)
- Excellent Photoshop design skills (Flash and/or 3D design skills a big plus)
- Professional
- Fast, reliable and dedicated.
- IM, E-Mail and Phone number required
- Very creative
- Must take initiative


This person is not required to have/be:

- Formal Education (Only portfolio/links to previous work is required)
- Coding skills of any kind


The designers pay will be determined by:

- Education
- Skills
- Speed
- Designers preference will be taken into account



I am currently only looking for applicants, and actual designer will not be chosen and hired for up to two weeks. (Depending on results of this post, someone could be hired today, or in exactly 14 days.)

I would recommend getting in contact with Ammar from AKDesigner.com, he has amazing talent.

Equenity as well, they have some top notch people working there with tons of skills.
