I've put a website on the primary domain and now I'm trying to create another website on my reseller account.

In the webhost manager I defined a small disk space package and then tried to create a new account with it. But it says ..You have exceeded your disk space alotment .. by the amount specified in the package.

This is my first experience of a reseller account, do you know what I might be doing wrong. If it's of any help here's the screenshot.

For starters, I would delete that password from the screenshot.

It seems you are allocating 30,720mb to your primary domain. You only have 1200mb to use, so how you have done that I don't know.

Reduce the quota for your primary domain to something more respectable, such as 100mb, then you should be able to create the new account.

Where do I change the quota of the primary domain?

Your primary domain should be listed just like any other Website.

In WHM, in the left frame, click 'List Accounts'. In the right frame, you should then see your primary domain. You may need to scroll horizontally to see your quota. Click the little 'NotePad' image next to your quote, then change the amount in the text box that appears.

That's the way I tend to do it, but there are other ways.

Remember, all the accounts created by a main account will need to add up to <= the total account space in the main account. I.E. if you have 1200mb on your main account, you can make 12 100mb accounts or 6 200mb accounts. This space is based on the amount of disk space allocated in the account's package.
