I would like to announce the release of the KBase knowledge base program. This is a php/MySQL knowledge base script similar to the knowledge base in the Wonderdesk application. If you are looking for a way to create and maintain a set of support documents for your web hosting clients, I believe this is the way to do it.

If you have resellers and are looking for an easy way to provide generic support documentation to them, please email me and we can discuss custom packages that will install the support documentation during the standard install.

KBase is easy to install and extremely fast. Benchmarking has shown that many of the pages, even with over 100 entries being pulled from the database are processed by a php 4.0 engine in under 0.02 seconds.

I'll give my recomendation to you all for this script as it is brilliant, we've been using it for a while now and it is so easy to use and does a great job. To top it all you couldn't wish to talk to a nicer bunch of people.

Just wanted to thank Chris and Karl for their kind comments and bring this back to the top. The coding for the support ticket system is underway, and I hope to have it ready for beta testing in a month. KBase is currently listed at Hotscripts and the PHP Resource Index. It is also listed on a german php resource site, although I did not list it there. So whoever did, Thank You. :D.

I bought Marty's KBase and I'm very happy with it. Great product and easy setup.
