I am just curious as to when (if at all) a web hosting company should add a forum. Not to take the place of a Help/Support Desk, but as a community type portal for customers and hopefully potential customers? :) Should it be added at first or should it be added after having established a certain amount of customers?

A not visited forum is not a happy forum. I'd say wait until a need is there, or at least you get enough users to justify trying to start it.

:) I believe I will wait (As you said above) until, when implemented it would be used.

I thought about this myself and I decided to wait until I built a larger customer base. I think that is the best idea. Andyc
