I asked about the unlimited e-mail services, and they just
cleared up that it is for organizational use only, and not
to be offered to the public at large.

Other then that, it seems like a pretty good deal... Anyone
familiar with them?

Something smells funny there. I personally have not heard of the company myself, but why would they tell you that you can't have unlimited email addresses when they say right on the site that you can? Doesn't quite add up to me.
