Hi,

I'd like to hear from anyone who's had experience hosting with ONEFusion. I am impressed with their packages, but would like to get some more feedback...

For one thing, I have been in contact with Caleb Kow of ONEFusion and his e-mails have been very constructive, knowledgable, and kind.

I have to say I haven't used them yet, although I will in the near future, and hope all goes well! :)

Hosting with Onefusion.

Well, I too have a contact with Caleb, I must say they do have one of the best customers supports.
And they are willing to spend time to explain to me certain stuff even thought I did not register with them at first, but I did eventually as they were able to provide me with the solutions I needed.:)

Another person who patiently assisted me with my account signup was edmund who even made a long distance call and explain all their features step by step

I just signed up with their recent fusionmax reseller hosting plan and am more than satisfied with service so far, let's see if they can keep up to my expectations.

Well... although i am new to web hosting... I am very satisfied with ONEFusion!
They are really patient with me with all my enquires!

Did i mention that thei response time is fast too?:)

BUT as of last night there eamils are all bouncing and the links on their site to such things as order page are dead. Support tickets unanswered.

I do not know where they have gone but if they are around would like to hear from them..

Hi Monte,

Our support ticketing system was working fine all along, only the order signup system is down right now as we are upgrading the software on it - which was announced in the customer/reseller forums.

Let me say this about ONEfusion in case anyone reading this thread thinks any negative thoughts on them. So far they have been fantastic to do business with, they have answered every question and done it with complete professionalisim. If you are looking for a reseller server you cannot go wrong with them. They are great. Give em a try.
