Due to various reasons, I need to find our company a PC application based helpdesk (rather than web based).

The closest that firs our needs is LivePerson's email management facility, but that costs $100 per seat as you have to have the LivePerson chat and so on as well. You cannot just have the email management.

All we need is a fairly simple helpdesk system, but in a PC based application.

Any recommendations?
