I need to find an ISP that could provide me with a dedicated server (around 1G) with IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION (12-48hrs). I am willing to pay rush charges. Do I have a hope in Hell?

Rackspace do 24 Hour turnaround and Ultraspeed will have quicker turnaround if you want to pay more for the setup fee.

In their ads on TechTV, RackSpace.com boasts the speed with which they can set up a dedicated server. I don't have any first hand experience, but have read some positive reviews about them so I'd say they're definitely a place to consider. No need to pay rush charges either; judging from their setup price, the rush charges are already built in. :rolleyes:

my server from 4webspace took about 3-4 hours.

Technics posted a URL to a compnay that (in theory) offered instant activation (not sure how *that* works exactly, but... - by the time I fond it it might be too late!)

My 4webspace.com server took an hour, and it's awesome!
