i'm looking for a payment gateway ;
1-recurring billing option
2-integration with form ( customers never seen gateway information or language or form ) ( works in background )
3-Can be integrated with modernbill
4- AND not US only !

Thanx for your effort.

I think you will have a hard time finding this unless you move away from a 3rd party payment gateway. I might be mkistaken, but I don't think there are any non-US 3rd party gateways that will use an API to mask the identity of the actual processor. Paypal has a good API interface but it is only for US customers. I would expect that to change sometime in the near future and it will be available to other countires as well.

The other alternative you have is to go Modernbill/PSI Gate. They have very reasonable rates and to be honest it isn't much more expensive than Paypal.

"Authorize.net is only accept from US" <- is that true?

I thought anyone who holds and visa, mastercard credit card can order service regardless of there country? I know when I was using cardserivce (linkpoint) they accepted anywhere and anyone who had a visa/mastercard/amex/discover card. Why would authorize.net only accept from US and is it even possible?

I would suggest maybe contacting Safecharge. they will do business with the EU market and offer recurring billing

I think he means he himself is not in the US and Authorize.net has restrictions on the location of the actual merchant.

As for 2CO & Modernbill, yes, it will forward your customer to the 2CO website, albeit with the customers info pre-filled.

Give 2checkout a try. It is the best option for international user I've seen so far. Had no problems with wire transfers, but had some issues with their support. Support is real slow sometimes.

But, again, despite it's not fully working in the background, it's hard to find better solution these days for international user.

Best luck!

I wont recommend 2CO
We tried selling through them few months ago (international charges) but were forced to give it up. They declined 10% of txns and never responded to mails in time.

I'd suggest CDG Commerce, they have fare prices.
My reference for them is:
https://secure.cdgcommerce.com/onlineapp/onlineapp.php?agentid=1178&appcode=PROMO2005 (https://secure.cdgcommerce.com/onlineapp/onlineapp.php?agentid=1178&appcode=PROMO2005)

We are going to sign up another account with them in close future. Customer Support is amazing :)

Authorize.net will accept any credit card you are signed up with (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, Discover... etc) it is the restrictions you set in your account (you can specify to accept CC issued by the US or any where)
We use them and cannot recall any problems in the past 4 years.

How much do authorize cost? Just for normal transactions to account. I require a merchant account as well.

Authorize.net seems to be USA only though :-(
For international, it seems to be WorldPay or other local ones.. or ..... ???

Worldpay expensive for me 'at the moment'. Currently using paypal and for some reason paypal takes less of a transaction fee?
