I was interested to buy a domain that the status showed 'pendingdelete' and checked it in domain check search, ______.com is unavailable. Next few days, someone registered it! I contacted this owner and he just said $900 US dollars then his whois info is GONE! I checked this domain in 'domain registration' and it says its AVAILABLE!?!?

Do you think this domain can be register if it says available? But the whois info I looked at, still not taken. It's very odd.

Sounds like they registered it for traffic and dropped it on account of them not liking the traffic numbers

I would suggest you to check with the registrar that shows up in the domain info. They would suggest if its really available.
