Are those 2x73GB SCSI drives given for free on the Dual Xeon box? Also, is it possible to do SCSI RAID1?

The drives are 2 x 36GB 10K RPM U320 SCSI drives. Unfortunately they can't be done on RAID1 with a controller, we can however set them up as a software RAID if you're interested.

Do you offer 24x7 support (please tell me the avg. response time) and an emergency telephone #?

We provide 24x7 support for emergencies, with average response time of 5-10 minutes.

Non-emergency issues are handled from 9am until around midnight every day.

We do not provide phone support. Support is handled preferably via our Helpdesk, or Instant Messenger.

do you allow adult content? and where are the servers located?

Adult content is allowed on our servers.

We host our servers at The Planet in Dallas, TX. We have uplinks to their network as well as HE.net's POP at Equinix and Yipes at Equinix as well to provide various network options for our users.
